Everybody is still sleeping on Fusion Rifles... (They don't suck, in case you didn't know. And, it's debatable whether or not they require far more skill and knowledge than either shotties or snipers.)

  • Bump. My Thesan FR4 is all I use now.

  • Thesan is one of the "easy mode" fusion rifles. Try using the uncommon NOX REVUS III. Those fusion rifles are actually garbage, but teach you how to use any fusion rifle without depending on stability rolls all the time.

  • So I have to use a garbage weapon to be good? I will stick to my god roll fusion. Thanks. I'm a day one player. I have struggled to find a great fusion. And Thesan is it.

  • Thesan is definitely not it

  • I love this weapon. And I do well with it. Your point was, what?

  • My point is that you may consider the Thesan to be a really good fusion rifle exclusively because of its stability, when it isn't the best. There are better fusion rifles with the medium charge rate that can be godlike without max stability that you should try out. I'd recommend not to limit your choices based on unnecessarily high stability, if that is what you value most in your Thesan.

  • I'm not overly concerned with stability or charge rate. I need good range and a tight bolt pattern

  • Ah, okay. Is it a specific set of perks you got on the Thesan that you haven't gotten on others that make it perform well? That's a very respectable and recommended priority to have for a fusion rifle, by the way.

  • Yeah I have all of the vendor fusions and darkblade spite etc. The Thesan has preformed best for me. I'm always looking for better though. That's what keeps us grinding!

Mate c'mon, they do suck. You won't get a kill using them against good players

  • Well, luckily I haven't been paired against good players so it's actually doing pretty well.

  • No way, got mapped by one by a guy who's head was almost as big as my red dot. Just stay out of shotgun range and you're good

  • I would say they take more skill than shotguns but less than snipers, but I'd say Its also how you use them. Being aggressive with a sniper isnt easy, sitting in the back is
