How did you even find this? Anyway to answer your question, I meant you can pick the mission from the planet itself or from the featured Daily Heroic. That is, when it actually is featured as the Daily Heroic.

Yeah but me and my friends try to do it as a heroic and it was not avaliable

Not on heroic difficulty, when it is featured as a *Daily* Heroic i.e. it's there at the bottom left of the map.
