Clan tag issue, no 'repair' option?

I followed the instructions on the help forum, but when I go to my clan page and click on Interact, its not giving me an option to 'repair'. Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you doing it on a computer? It doesn't work via the app. I had same issue last week and the step by step was spot on.
