I got The Devil You Know yesterday and I'm just wondering if it's good( Its on my Titan) I only recently came back so I'm not sure lol I'm not new Edit 1: Take a look at the IB handcannon on my hunter aswell, by the looks of it that has a better roll. Edit 2: I see a few people saying Explosive rounds. Does it do more damage or something? I remember it used to make people flinch alot in PvP but I don't know if that changed at all.
