Guardians, I'm sure some of you had seen in the news of the rampant forest fire in Fort mcmurray Alberta. Sadly my home got swallowed by the beast along with my ps4 and hundreds of hours poured into this game. I've made so many great friends on here and I love you salty b astards. I'm just here to remind you all of you are in the vicinity to stay safe and that I'm signing off from the tower for a few months to regroup and re establish. Take care guardians! Edit: Just woke up and I am so humbled by all the messages and concern from you guys. This is why this community is one of a kind. Thank you Edit 2: the jokes are at least amusing. I'm the kind of guy to make the best out of a bad situation. And yes I may or may not have pissed off the wrong sun singer haha Edit 3: wow. So overwhelmed with the support of the forums. Means the world. And yes my ps4 is not a priority and I have went through all the correct channels of rebuilding my life before I jump back into the destiny world. This was meant I guess as more of a PSA on to cherish what you have and do not take it for granted. I woke up that morning beautiful day and 6 hours later it was hellfire and brimstone and chaos commenced. There are still over 20000 people stranded north of the city with the only route out surrounded by flame. The Red Cross Canada is set up to accept donations to help those in need. Thank you all. I need nothing and have nothing to gain from this. I evacuated my family and I posted here from the comfort of my hotel. I'm not upset my ps4 was lost. Like I said previously this is a game I enjoy and I love and a little piece of me will miss it as this is a long term haul. I need nothing. Just prayers and sympathy for those who left with nothing and nowhere to go.
