TG also has the same cool down as shadestep. TG can dodge tracking rockets better than shadestep because it is aerial.

Well generally speaking, other than I. frames, hunters will shadestep around a corner. That can be easily done by a Titan as well to be fair. It is so easy to air evade with a Titan out of a rocket or anything of the such.
