Warlock's faction
Hi guys, I'm news to Destiny And I Was wondering What is the best faction to choose for a warlock in general And if you just Stick with a subclass you have to change it.

As for nerdy rp reasons. I kept my warlock with dead orbit. But dead orbit and FWC are my favorite factions

It all depends on your personal preference. If you're more of a fashion fanatic dead orbit is black and white with a curved design, new monarchy is red and white with a more tactical design, and future war cult is red purple and yellow with a rigid design. If you're more of a lore nut, new monarchy seeks to unite the people under the rule of a single king, dead orbit doesn't believe in humanity and seek to escape the darkness, and future war cult embraces the never ending presence of war. My personal set up is Titan-new monarch Hunter- dead orbit Warlock- fwc

Makes no difference at all. Whatever you like the look of. Check the weapons and perks out. Rank up with all then you can buy whatever you want.

I think fwc has the best warlock exotic class item (I don't have it have just seen them)

Future War Cult by far. The Intellect/Discipline gear from that faction is definitely the best combination the best for Warlocks.

2 RepliesI've picked New Monarchy because I agree with their views. New Monarchy wants a single ruler of the city Dead Orbit wants to build a fleet and leave the Sol System And FWC believes in war, and preparing for endless war.

If you are going for exotic bond and animation then it has to be New monarchy. FWC animation is cool but the bond is a block. Dead orbit bond looks better than fwc's bond IMO, but the animation isn't as good. NM bond and animation is all around good. As far as gear goes, NM has cool gear, but the helmet is like wearing a strap on, on your head

Back in year one i picked FWC because int/discipline on gear, NM was Int/Strength and DO was discipline/strength. Not any more, but thats my "back in my day" moment of the day.

Whichever faction you choose stick with it until you get to level 25 and complete the exotic bond quest before switching to the next. My 'lock is rank 10 DO, 29 NM and 22 FWC if memory serves me right.

I itself choosed new monarchy for my warlock(titan and hunter too). At first i picked it because of their color scheme but later started to like their weapons and armor. And i kinda can get behind their ideals. Expect that they want to give the monarch complete power over the city so that no one can overtake the monarch unless he/she dies. But if i remember correctly that power is granted only in crisis and after its over. But yeah. Only complain is that the helmet looks a little bit bad. Atleast for me.
