26, 5 foot 10, and 112 pounds here. The struggle is real.
Or not a struggle at all, if you're content with your body type. I mean, I've wanted to gain musculature for a long time, but nothing I've tried (admittedly only a few techniques) has worked. So for now, I'm fine.

Edited by savage coco: 5/3/2016 2:24:51 PMI assume you get the same comments as me (omg do you eat, are you anorexic, why are you so skinny, you should eat a burger). When I shuffled between 85lbs & 90 lbs I wasn't very content. I was still healthy, but my hip bone, collar bone & ribs showed more than I liked. Not that I'm 98 & gaining, I feel better. All I did was slowly increase my calorie intake. Don't know of that's what you're suppose to do, but it's working for me.

Mm. Problem is, I'm a hypochondriac. So I can't do anything but eat healthily. Haven't really looked into ways to both eat healthily and gain muscle, but every doctor I talk to about it (maybe one or two, I guess) says that I'm perfectly healthy and there's nothing to worry about. So, short of impressing the ladies, I don't really have any need to bulk up.
