Add Cooldown Timer on 3 of Coins (Resolved)
These things are incredibly cryptic. It would be nice to have a Cooldown Timer to ensure we are not wasting them. What do you think?
Edit: What about a ten to fifteen minute Cooldown time?
Edit: It looks like most people are saying there is no Cooldown at all. The drop rate was simply adjusted. Any examples of back to back drops?

I've had 5 exotics in a row, 2 drop from a single ultra after receiving 2 from a single ultra with the previous coin, 1 in 5, 1 in 10, 1 in 30, and 0 in 50. I used to switch character as I thought I seemed to get more, but I got the same drop rate spamming them back to back without switching. My luck changes every week, and every week I get the same 3 slots until the next week when it changes to another 3 slots. If there was a timer, then I would have had great success using 2 a day for a month with 6 hours in between, but I didn't. All I got doing that was 1 exotic out of 35 coins. At one point PVP was the only place that dropped exotics for me... So in my opinion it's just luck.
