Nowhere does it say about this garentee you speak of . And I never heard it or saw it in the stream . I'm still replying because I think it's a bit much to expect every engram (exotic) to be higher than your light . It would mean in less than a week most would be all 3 guardians 335 with nothing left to grind for other than that last piece of strike specific loot.
Probably intended that the new light is to make the game more even for a time. And that the guns with the best perks are now a focus and plain skill not light level because let's face it,any noon can get to 335 now in no time at all

I just want to know if bungie knows about it, if it is a glitch, or intentional. Your comments are not helpful, your reference to the patch notes useless, and your claim of receiving items lower than your light level at 333 is a bold face lie. Muted.

I posted a paste of the official patch notes. You provided nothing no evidence of what u said you saw and frankly it's what you wanted not what bungo stated . Another whinney know it all.
