These things are incredibly cryptic. It would be nice to have a Cooldown Timer to ensure we are not wasting them. What do you think? Edit: What about a ten to fifteen minute Cooldown time? Edit: It looks like most people are saying there is no Cooldown at all. The drop rate was simply adjusted. Any examples of back to back drops?
