Honestly, i'd choose implants on boobs and ass over skinny like this.

Implants feel like shit... I don't care how small the boobs are, just don't get implants.. I can't stand girls who get their asses done. Feel like absolute shit. You go to grab her ass and it's hard like a rock? F that... When you see a normal girl and she has implants it makes you think hmmm she a call girl, stripper? Or really self conscious lol
