Now what I don't get is the people here saying "if they play it they have to pay him". You are saying that they would own him royalties if they put the orbit music back? How so, since his music is still played at parts of the game? Ever play a mission from the pre-TTK days? Still there.

The Music of the Spheres that Marty made was the full 10 years worth of audio content. TTK consists of remixes of some original tracks as well.
