Glass Needles are not changing intellect discipline strength nodes!
Title speaks for itself. Since the update I have used 18 glass needles and those 3 nodes have never changed. I made a post 2 weeks ago about this with little response. I havent seen any other posts about this problem but I assure you its real. Please anyone else that wants to reroll their armor and cant make a post so Bungie notices.

What armor piece are you trying to reroll? Some armor pieces are stuck with certain Int/Disc/Strength rolls
