What I can't understand is after all the time it took to get them to enable color matching for other exotics why did TG get released without it at all. F ing stupid.
Same with empyrean. Why is that not color matching.
NOTHING should release without color matching.

The previous year's exotics color match. None of the current year's new ones do. If anything it's design, not oversight.
-
Actually, Graviton Forfeit changes color to match shaders.
-
It's a straight-up poor design choice.

I like my exotics looking different. Just because your opinion is different doesn't make mine wrong.
-
And that's cool. I get that you like your exotics to stand out. Some of mine I do, like my Sealed Ahamkara's. They don't shade, but they're silver and off white so they can be worn with a variety of colors. Twilight Garrison is an odd shade of blue that is difficult to compliment or match unless you wear one of two or three shaders.

The shader I wear doesn't match it but rather compliments it. I think exotics should stand out from the rest of your armor. I didn't like it in year one, but now that I have all my Titan exotics blending in I'm even less stoked on that. Basically what I'm saying is that like the rest of the Destiny community, if you give me exactly what I ask for I still won't be happy.

My favorite shaders are Midnight Lumos, Walkabout, and Aurora Blur. They all clash.

That's the problem with basing group opinions on forum posts. People who are happy with how things are rarely speak up but those unhappy, no matter how few always will. That alone makes tiny issues seem like widespread complaints.
