It does it sucks terribly. I can't play borderlands 1 without the emulator slowing down to a halt. Every backwards compatible game also slows down. How can the emulator run so bad?

Haven't had any major issues with it. Honestly I only have frame rate issues in places I had on 360 anyway.
-
It doesn't suck. It's pretty damn good compared the the one they used for OG Xbox games on the 360. Crash Twinsanity had FPS issues at certain areas and some of the older GTA games didn't even work at all.

1 ReplyBorderlands 1 actually runs great for me. Some games are very hit or miss though (I know Mass Effect drops pretty often, haven't actually tried it since beta though). Gears 1-3 have been good for me, and that's with me playing them online. Halo Reach was pretty bad, but I've heard it's been fixed.

Have not had a single issue maybe you got pp stuck in toaster?
-
1 ReplyWell, it emulates how the games run on the 360, that's the point of an emulator. It won't suddenly run on 60 fps just for being on the X1.
-
Borderlands 1 actually runs pretty great from my experience. Only one major issue so far, and that was due more so to connection than the emulator. It varies greatly depending on the game. Overall it's pretty good, however some games are next to unplayable at times (like mass effect).

Zero issues here
-
It depends on the game. Gears of War all runs great, so does dark souls. It all only slows down just like they did on 360. I did feel like bl1 was choppy, but it never "slowed down to a halt". It is what it is.

I've had no issues with it.
-
I've got no issues.
-
No problems here.

2 RepliesDon't make the same mistake I did and buy ME1. The framerate drops to like 10-15 in firefights. Any firefight with like 5 people or more will lag the game so bad.
-
2 RepliesI've only tried gears of war 3. I noticed a strange delayed in the multiplayer.
-
I've had zero issues with it so far.

Runs perfect for halo wars
-
Framerate issues are a downer. But hopefully they get fixed.
-
On Halo Reach theres lag and buggy audio. I want a remastered version on X1. With some subtle changes such as Sparatans having regenerating health in multiplayer just like the Elites and some new weapons and maps. Plus mod support in private lobbies. Certain mods made custom games, especially parkour maps.
-
So just play them on the 360?
-
I actually have never had a problem with it.

Edited by Dogemeat: 4/29/2016 10:18:40 AMIt really needs to be fixed. I can't even play reach anymore ;-;
-
Yeah, I picked it up cause it was free but it really doesn't run all that great.
-
I agree. The whole backward compatibility thing needs to be reworked.
-
1 ReplyI hate that Dark souls (1) still has frame rate issues despite it being played on one.
-
Borderlands ran like ass on the original Xbox 360. I have no idea why they bothered to add it. Some frame rate comparisions I saw on YouTube showed it performing better than it did on the 360, so I don't know..
-
I have zero issues with it, personally. Runs very nicely, especially Fallout 3.

I don't have any problems with it.
