Is it really important these days for a player to go through a screening test before being invited to a raid?

For instance light, wep, armor? Or experience. What ever happened to helping a fellow guardian out? These days people stick to their regulars and give the under-lighted, lack-of-knowledge, missing a weapon guardian the thank you come again your not wanted shoulder. Is it necessary for others to struggle, to get that end game experience and to get kick ass rewards and up the light that so much other players been hoping for?. Recruiting or being recruited is a hassle for other players these day also.

  • I haven't raided a whole lot, but I don't think raiding with someone who can't pull their own weight is enjoyable. Played w two people who lived in the same house on my first Kings fall, oh my god she would not stop screeching at him for telling her what to do and she kept getting on her plate on golgoroth at the wrong time and stepping off when she was supposed to be on it. And then she blamed it on the rest of us like tf you doing chick. Idk. You just gotta listen and work and not bullshit around.
