Is it really important these days for a player to go through a screening test before being invited to a raid?

For instance light, wep, armor? Or experience. What ever happened to helping a fellow guardian out? These days people stick to their regulars and give the under-lighted, lack-of-knowledge, missing a weapon guardian the thank you come again your not wanted shoulder. Is it necessary for others to struggle, to get that end game experience and to get kick ass rewards and up the light that so much other players been hoping for?. Recruiting or being recruited is a hassle for other players these day also.

  • I posted on here looking for a team today for sister and oryx and a guy messaged me wanting to join and I figured he was newer but I think it was his 1st or 2nd time beating the raid ever. But he was open that he didn't know what to do and we helped him. We had one quit after wiping a couple times, but we found another and we stayed till we beat it. Not sure why he didn't go beat on normal several times before he tried it on hard but hopefully he got some good stuff (he was 318)
