Is it really important these days for a player to go through a screening test before being invited to a raid?

For instance light, wep, armor? Or experience. What ever happened to helping a fellow guardian out? These days people stick to their regulars and give the under-lighted, lack-of-knowledge, missing a weapon guardian the thank you come again your not wanted shoulder. Is it necessary for others to struggle, to get that end game experience and to get kick ass rewards and up the light that so much other players been hoping for?. Recruiting or being recruited is a hassle for other players these day also.

  • Yeah it is. Did hard mode with a 332 a couple days back that had no idea what the hard mode even was, and lied about it. You ain't got over 10 completions, you're not raiding with me.
