For instance light, wep, armor? Or experience. What ever happened to helping a fellow guardian out?
These days people stick to their regulars and give the under-lighted, lack-of-knowledge, missing a weapon guardian the thank you come again your not wanted shoulder.
Is it necessary for others to struggle, to get that end game experience and to get kick ass rewards and up the light that so much other players been hoping for?.
Recruiting or being recruited is a hassle for other players these day also.

Eh, I don't really raid, but for me light level and gear is less important than whether or not your voice annoys me on the mic. If you have an annoying voice or speech mannerisms I'm gonna pass. Other than that I'm pretty easy.
