Ive noticed some posts here on the forum about it and now im confused, so, how does it work? Use a 3oC, complete an activity/kill a boss in 10/15min and if it doesnt drop repeat. Or Use a 3oC and complete activities/kill bosses no matter the time but if the exotic drops you have to wait 10/15 till it can drop again.
