I thought this was common knowledge? The precison area on an enemy is where they are weakest. One of the story missions in the vanillia actually tells you to shoot the glowy orb thing...

Common knowledge is that rain falls from clouds, and fire is hot. The vex having a weak point in their juice box isn't a common fact known by the world. Just by all the people who love destiny. Which I am not. It's fun.
