Well I was raised on shooters like halo, cod, and counterstrike. There are no glowy parts and shooting them in the juice box doesn't do extra damage, trust me, I've tried.

Majority of enemies in games have weak spots that are glowing or something, obviously more realistic types don't have that, be a bit weird if a soldier had a glowing head lol. A good example of a weak spot would be on the Hunters from halo 1. All it takes is one pistol shot in the glowing orange bit on their back and they are dead.
