Trials of Osiris, Passage Coins, and Boons - Restructured

I like the Idea but it would Ruin Trials

I don't like the Idea and it will Ruin Trials

I don't like the Idea but it might work for Tirals

I love Trials of Osiris. I'm a slightly above average player overall and I have been to the lighthouse quite a few times in year one and a few times in year two without a carry each time. That being said, I do wish more people would have the pleasure of getting to Mercury without having to resort to things like Streamers, Cheating, and Paid Carries. I think there is a large portion of our PvP community who wants to play Trials but feels it's stifling and far too 'sweat-heavy.' A Trials passage should be earned by an entire fireteam, not one player running his subscribers to the lighthouse. That being said, here are some ideas: Goals: -To make Trials more approachable and more forgiving for the average solid Fireteam. -Reduce the temptation for people to turn to 'Unfair' means of going Flawless (Carries, Cheating, etc.). -Still make a passage to Mercury 'feel' like it was well earned. -Find an actual use for Passage Coins. Solutions: -Reduce the amount of wins required to 7 and remove the DBL and Free Win Boons. Almost everyone buys Boons nowadays and Scrubs their Card if they Don't Get the 1st win. And since Passage Coins need to be used at the start of a card, every card might as well just require 7 wins to begin with. -Allow Unlimited Mercy Boons to be Purchased between rounds*. Before the start of every round, a player is allowed to purchase a single Mercy to protect the loss on the next round. The Boon disappears after the match is over, weather it resulted in a win or a loss for the player, forcing an additional boon to be purchased no matter what. In addition, the cost of a Mercy Boon will be in direct respect to how many wins the player has on their card. For example: A mercy with 1-2 wins on a card will cost 3 Passage Coins, 3-5 wins will cost 6 PC, while a card with 6 wins(going for their last win) will cost 9 PC. Under these new ideas, Passage Coins would be a much more valuable Commodity while Lighthouse passages could be won by players with more limited means. A cautious player who buys every boon will spend 33 Coins total( possible more if they keep losing), while a balls out player can forgo wins until their points climb. It also rewards the player's time, since you can spend an absurd amount of coins to save a 6-win card from scrubbing out. Let me know what you think below guardians and don't forget to vote.
