Are all my characters supposed to get sterling boxes? My warlock has yet to receive one

You are only intended to receive 1 Sterling treasure from the postmaster each week. This is per account not per character. You can gain two more from completing the 41 PoE and the weekly crucible playlist. This is a total of 3 a week per account.
