Right I am getting really angry with this issue now! Does anyone please know how I am supposed to get an Engram that is decoded to enable me to acquire Devils disguise cloak from Variks on the reef?! I've just spent 60 legendary marks buying a legendary Engram of the cryptarc only to find that like any Legendary Engram I find!!! It Is decrypted immediately after collecting it! So what the hell am I SUPPOSED to do to get this cloak!? It's driving me mad folks, any help really would be appreciated. Thanks all.
