I just ranked up my crucible twice (as I wanted to use my booster) and I only got one package!! You can check the game data to check!! What can you do?? Thanks

Unfortunately if you rank up a faction multiple times before picking up the first package, new packages will overwrite the first ones. Make sure to pick up your package each time you rank up https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13480
