Can a ninja ninja another ninja or can ninjas only ninja others? If the latter is false, can you ninja a ninja before he ninjas you, or does a ninja have the power to ninja Bungie employees too?

Ninja King rules over all. He Ninjas the Ninjas, taking their will in the process.

Ninjas can ban other Ninjas and Bungie Employees, yes. Both have happened.

Bungie emplyees can unban themselves though, can't they? It'd be stupid if they can't.

Administrators can unban themselves. Not every Bungie Employee is an administrator.

I guess that makes sense. I've seen other forums work the same way.
