Can Young Ahamkara Spines roll with auto rifle loader?
I've wasted 9 glass needles trying to get that perk to roll. Is it even possible?

Destiny Wiki will tell you all variations on all exotics and their perks. I pity the people who used an ass ton of needles.

I would guess. Mine has HC/sniper on it. Other exotics I have one with pulse/sidearm and one with shotgun/rocket. They always roll with 2 different slot types but any are possible. I don't think it's possible to have say shotgun/sniper.

It can. You can check the armory and it will show you all possible perks for weapons and armor. I have been trying to get my Armamentarium to roll with solar armor for about two weeks now. RNG sucks.
