This is the worst AMA ever.

I'm on a plane. Trapped in coach. There is no escape. Times like these, I find the companion app in my hands. Wanna hang? Wanna make this stretch at cruising altitude bearable? Ask me stuff. I won't reveal a thing about the game, so please don't go there. I promise to dodge the really heavy questions. But we can get better acquainted. UPDATE: I'm on the ground now, but keep coming at me. Second UPDATE: My cab is in my neighborhood now. My dog likes me more than you (more than anyone, really). Gotta go. Thank you! This kept me sane.

That's an excellent question, DeeJ! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day after all. Lets do a simple omelet. First we start with the size of your omelet. A smallish omelet is about 3-4 egg, I myself normally go with 6-7 eggs though. Crack the eggs into a small dish and mix them together well. Next is seasonings!I will normally mix in a small amount of salt, generous helpings of fresh ground pepper, and paprika into the eggs. Now onto the filler of the omelet! I myself will through almost anything into an omelet. Use some bacon, ground sausage bits, sauteed onions, mushrooms, red and green bell peppers, green chilies, and garlic. Now to the cheese, the Destiny communities favorite part of anything they do. Two good cheese to have pre-shredded is sharp cheddar and gruyere. Now on a low-mid heat, i suggest starting with lower heat if this is your first omelet, melt your butter and warm the pan up. Once warmed up add the eggs to the pan and let sit till the egg looks like it wont fall apart if you try to fold it. This normally doesn't take all that long, but a good idea to remember is don't over cook your eggs. Now adding in your mixing this is always to taste. i myself always over stuff my omelet. Try adding your mix to either the center or to one side of the omelet to make folding easier then add your cheese over the mix. Fold and let cook on your low-mid heat. This is a huge thing most people will mess up on but while the eggs still look slightly wet you'll want to take them off the heat. Eggs will cook after they are removed from heat and over cooking can have your omelet dry and that's just not good. Now sit down. Pour a whiskey on the rocks sit back and read the paper while you eat your omelet before heading to work. ************************************omelette
