Serious question. Why are you playing a MMO if you want to do everything by yourself? I get that this isn't your typical MMO, but I'm not seeing the point. I'll try some activities by myself from time to time just for fun, but if you want to do things by yourself why not play a game that isn't already so multiplayer based?

  • I have no problem playing with others, especially if I can do matchmaking. I even use Destiny LFG sites weekly for Nightfalls (and some Prison of Elders). Running through King's Fall has consecutively taken hours every time for me, and even then the group I'm with usually gives up before completing the Raid. Destiny is already supporting these types of players all the way through: - Hardcore players who all know each other and can go through Raids easily. - Skilled players at PvE, who can get some very good loot especially from the Trials of Osiris. I don't see why Bungie couldn't also offer something big to those like myself who don't have a group they can always count on. Though indeed Prison of Elders has helped a lot, the Challenge of Elders doesn't support matchmaking even though it doesn't require much communication and is relatively easy.
