Do I have to play all the Deus Ex games to understand the new ones?
Mankind Divided looks -blam!-ing awesome but I didn't play Human Revolution because I was afraid I'd be left in the dark for not playing the others but I'm just wondering if I really do need to play them all to understand. Confirm this for me, do I need to play all the other Deus Ex games to understand the new ones? Or are they all different like Final Fantasy?

Edited by Vgnut: 4/21/2016 5:51:40 AMNot at all. Human Revolution was a prequel to the originals, however I expect after Mankind Divided and subsequent sequels that it'll end up being a reboot in retrospect. You do probably need to play Human Revolution to understand Mankind Divided.
