What happened to Vex Void and Forge of Gods?
I suppose they aren't being made? I know they're making a big expansion later this year or so, but they also planned that innit. Were those really planned or no? I mean I wouldn't have minded paying another £40 for more content (yes I know there's been an update but tbh a full DLC would be better).

Putting out DLC as often as they were lost them money and was unsustainable so it had to be scrapped.

If they kept releasing dlc's at the rate they were, Bungie would've ran out of money. So instead, they're releasing TTK-sized expansions every year or so, with the money coming from micro-transactions and such to fuel it. So I bet that either the 2 remaining dlc's were scrapped entirely, or the next expansion will either fuse both, or expand further on 1 alone. Most likely Forge of Gods will be expounded on, made bigger, etc. since that makes the most sense.

They basically scrapped the DLC model for events and larger expansions. Vex void and forge of God's storyline will probably be cannibalised to become the expansion this fall. The fall expansion is new, Destiny 2 was originally rumoured to be released this fall but is that 2017 now.
