I have to say that the tweaks to the Sunsinger subclass are a step in the right direction. I have tested the amount of grenades you can throw during radiance and it ranges between 10-14 throws. Which is pretty good! You can dish out tons of damage. I don't have any problems with the melee regen changes either except for solar wind. It sucks soooooo badly!!! I never see the effect actually push enemies away. It only makes them step back a couple of steps (if it procs) which is hardly the description that is given of the ability. The only way that solar wind would be viable is that the push back was as effective as a taken centurions shield blast. However, that may be op when it comes to PvP. I suggest removing the ability altogether and replace it with something else. I propose an ability called "flame wall" that activates on hit. Damaging an enemy ignites the ground and creates a wall of fire that continues to damage enemies for the duration of the effect. Think of it like the Nightstalker grenade only not as long of a wall. As a side note, song of flame is nearly useless. It is the only super that requires more than usual communication which is difficult when playing with randoms. I feel it should grant the user and his/her allies precision damage on all weapons. Damage would act like the effects of the Nightstalker's tethers. Friendly members of the fireteam would only get the damage buff by being close to the Sunsinger. On the topic of the Viking funeral build, that could have been fixed for sure. All they would need to do is adjust the perk. In my opinion, the bonus to burning should be moved to fire born and only granted when super is charged. That way there is some incentive to choose the fire born node and hold onto your super other than for resing. Then the Viking funeral perk should be changed to burning nearby enemies when radiance is active. All in all, the update made me feel more powerful as a Sunsinger which is a good step in the right direction. However, it still needs to be tweaked further to round out the edges.
