Ill buy it for pc, regardless if I had a ps4. Seems like a game that would significantly benefit off a pc instead of a console.

Most games aren't even compatible with 4k so unless the devs make it with 4k there won't be a different. PC always has better versions of the games...always. Better quality graphics, high frame rates. Note that I literally haven't looked into ps4k however even with that it won't compare to plz. Resolution does nothing in terms of frame rate when you increase it. The higher the resolution the better gpu needed to run it. That's why it a game has 720p it's to make the frame rate as best as possible since the Xbox doesn't have the hardware to run a graphic intense game at 1080p.
