Blue item from purple engram!?!
Yesterday I got a purple chest engram from lvl 41 poe and when I turned it in it became a blue primary weapon???? Wtf? I thought that wasn't supposed to happen???

Look carefully: Legendary Engrams have a chance to downgrade to Rare items. Sublimes don't do you like that though.
