Still haven't received mine. I checked my app like you said but the box was only in the postmaster and I can't claim it. I expected there to be 2 boxes in my postmaster today but there's only one.

I was on all day yesterday. Signed on and off a couple times. never received it from the postmaster to claim it.

Then it is most likely a bungie problem Unless did you check all characters?

I read the bungie update thing. Saw one per account. I got false information (multiple websites) saying you would receive one for all characters in postmaster. Ooops. my bad. Thanks for help though.
