The limit to how many sterling treasures you can earn in a week is stupid, especially since they are linked to your account and not your characters. This means you can only earn 3 total, even if you have 3 different characters.
They only did this to boost sales for silver and that is just sad. Extremely sad.
-
And you didn't realize they only reskinned PoE for silver sales the day the "update" dropped? It was pretty obvious.
-
Do you understand what a cash grab is?
-
Can't make everyone happy....welp do you at least play Dark Souls 3 op?
-
So? Not like it has anything meaningful in it lol
-
You are only limited by you expendable income!

6 RepliesThey are giving away something that they are selling to others. How many Obamaphones do you want?
-
4 Replies*facepalm* You do know most devs and publishers make you pay for cosmetics instead of having a chance at getting them. If Activision had their way, you wouldn't even get one free a week.
-
8 RepliesIf they REALLY wanted to boost Silver sales they'd limit you to earning None at all each week. I was seriously surprised by the move to give 1 in the postmaster each week, for doing nothing at all except signing in. That's insane, those things are worth money. Consider that perspective, be happy you get free stuff.

2 RepliesDo you comprehend capitalism? Have you ever met a drug dealer?
-
7 RepliesHere are your options: 1.buy silver 2. Get over it
-
2 RepliesThey did that so they keep the people who won't buy silver playing we naturally want to collect things in games
-
It's no different than black market on black ops 3. Same concept. I only care for chroma, they can keep the gear.
-
I won't buy them because all I want is the weapons. I could care less about the new taken/spektr armor. Taken armor mixed with other sets looks terrible anyway.
-
1 ReplyHmm.. I wonder if this would be an issue if you only got 3 a week BUT Tess didn't sell them. Wouldn't it be more like a raid then? A limited chance of getting gear per week. Not defending Bungie here btw, I'd love to get 3 a week per character.
-
The armor I have with shader and blue chroma looks better than the shit you can buy anyways
-
3 RepliesI wonder how long this thread will go before it erupts into a "PaytoWin/SilverRuiningDestiny" debate?
-
No duh.

1 ReplyThey're glowy items. The only purpose glowy items have served in the entire history of gaming is microtransaction money. My full Taken set agrees.
-
No, it's free stuff. Plus, everything out of them is entirely cosmetic. You Don't get anything functional out of them, with out the investment of other gear to the chroma gear. So...*shrugs*. Basically, I would be fine if we didn't get any.
-
There's nothing for next six months just wait for the weekly drops.
-
1 ReplyEdited by OhtheHugeManity: 4/19/2016 10:06:56 PMOf course they only did it to get money. Sure you may not be happy with that, but I'm sure the majority of players is. Besides what do you want to do? Make it infinite, royally screwing over those who have paid for it? Just take your three packs a week and get over it. I'm fine with waiting a few weeks for my set to complete.

The limit to how many toys you can get in a happy meal is stupid, especially since they are linked to happy meals and not big mac combos. This means you can only earn 1 total, even if you want to collect them all. McDonalds only did this to boost sales for happy meals and that is just sad. Extremely sad.
20 RepliesI've got a post on how this is gambling, predatory and all for greed. They need to either let xur sell them or let you grind them out or buy them. And no Rng bull.
-
1 ReplyThis is literally nothing to complain about
-
Fuuck yes i agree with this we should be able to at least get 1 from poe on all characters and 1 from weekly crucible on all characters.
-
Three is about right.
