You get one from running crucible, one from PoE and only one from the post master. Did the other two boxes not drop after running PoE or Crucible?

You were supposed to get 1 per character from the postmaster. I have 3 characters. Those are the 3 I was referring to. I have gotten the 2 possible ones you can earn

No, it was only supposed to be one from the postmaster per account. So that means no matter how many characters you have only one is getting a box.
