Thanks for the fix, could this be why my postmaster keeps saying I have something when it is empty though? This is happening on my Titan for sure...

You need to change your ship to fix this glitch! I am assuming you have a new monarchy ship? If so this specific glitch is known to cause this issue! Change it and you should be back to normal!
