I am. Being free doesn't let them off the hook. Besides, I, and many others, paid for this update through Eververse purchases. A lot of people will miss out on something they were entitled to, free or not, because of this "fix". Bungie screwed up and people should be compensated accordingly. Personally, I don't think this is good enough.
