Thanks for the hot fix but unfortunately I'm away from my Xbox for a short while and will miss the window. As I met your requirements, this is a real disappointment. Perhaps you could find a way to extend this option for a few weeks or re-run the hot fix in a few weeks' time please? I would be gutted to miss out. Thanks for your help.

If you have your smart glass app, then it should work just fine.

You can't transfer from postmaster to character with the app can you? If you tap the object you just get a description. We need to actually collect it before reset as I understand?
