Hello DPS STAFF, I was unable to receive my Sterling Treasure box. I also need to mention that I downloaded and logged in at around 4pm Est. and not between the time mentioned on the updated post of 2am - 10am pst. Please take note as I'm expecting to receive my Promised Sterling treasure box on April 18 after the hot fix is applied. Please confirm and reply!
