Kneepads, Last Resort (i hardly ever run with a Fireteam) and Exhumed, because i don't die often enough to make it useful. That kneepads perk though... i sigh theatrically every time i get it on a gun. I can't even.
Icarus too, since other people's answers reminded me of it. Useless perk.

Remember back when you could get kneepads on a sniper. Most useless perk ever haha

I actually like that perk paired with the crouching one.
