3 RepliesHand of Judgement from Variks is very good in my option. It will three shot head shot with normal stats and if you get a good roll on it it will be a beast in PvE. Sadly only Variks can give it to you from his packages.

Hand of Judgement hits very hard. I have one with triple tap. Its a boss killer.

Badger CCL is a great high impact scout, mine dropped with last resort, perfect balance, and outlaw. I've been having a lot of fun using it in 3v3 pvp with the IB sidearm

I just got a Badger CCL from a vanguard package and it has been fun to use. First high impact scout with high stability I've received. Rolled with life support, hand laid stock, and underdog. Good for low health situations. Lot of fun to use in CoE and nightfall
