What perks make you automatically dismantle a gun?
Personally, any gun with Who's Next, Exhumed, or Surrounded gets deleted or infused no matter what.

Some of those might actually be useful, but the concept of a gun perk only working in bad situations bugs me. Armor perks should keep you alive, gun perks should help you kill things. And Guerilla Fighter will NEVER proc in normal gameplay.

Hand cannons in general Lack of stability perks on a pulse/auto. Army of one/battle runner. That just about sums it up. I can make use with anything but I play for PvE.
