Hello Red,
The Chroma Grimiore Card will be awarded to you upon opening the first Sterling Treasure you receive from the Postmaster.
If you are unable to log-in before the weekly reset, this should not cause any additional issues.

What about those of us who did not log in during the stated time yet did not receive the postmaster sterling treasure. Is this a wait and see and hope it fixes my issues or do I need to submit something now to get ahead of this. I did not log in until about 6 or 630 EST the day of the release which is outside the stated window.....
