I wanted the exotic cloak from dead orbit so i power leveled that faction this last week and now I can't seem to make any progress on the quest. I know I'm wearing the correct dead orbit gear and have even tried switching items out but nothing seems to be working. Cloak-Spektar Heliopause Shader: The hanged man, The old guard, The Revenant Emblem: Omen of the Exodus, Omen of the Decayer I would try other cloaks but only have one. Any help would be appreciated.
