Are fusion rifles usable again? Seriously thinking of using one since shotguns haven't been good since that massive nerf in HoW. Currently use a sniper to take out stronger enemies and fight bosses... But it's the 1k stare. Any sniper recommendations that are in the same archetype? Preferably a vendor/gunsmith.
