Use the stability perk on it

My understanding is that stability doesn't matter in high impact snipes as by the follow up shot you'll have recovered from the kick anyway. Pushing yoir range stat up not only affects range in super long distance shots but also accuracy of the round (and possibly increases hit bix?). So pushing the range stat up improves your chances of a ohk.
